The Purple oak is not just purple in color...no...its color is gotten from the fine dusting of saphire that actually exudes from the wood. We are not saying that this wand can turn all to precious stone but it would behoove the bearer to remember that Medusa herself had a wand made from this very wood. Makes one stop and ponder!
